Background
Together we put more than eighty years of professional experience in the financial industry on the scale, more than half of which are in management positions. Each of us has been trained and coached beyond technical expertise, an experience that aroused the desire in ourselves to let other people participate in this knowledge. Our passion for leading people, getting the best out of them, inspiring and motivating them has prompted us to get trained and certified as coaches and to work with clients who want to develop professionally and personally.
With this in mind, we founded a network to offer our coachees a larger selection of coaching personalities who are best fit for them.
All four members of the network are still in management positions for companies. We offer our clients the extraordinary opportunity to benefit "from practice - for practice" from business coaching that offers more: the expertise and experience as trained coaches as well as many years of practical experience.
